Criss Shipman: With over 30 years of international and domestic oil and gas experience, Criss Shipman directs the Business Development activities of the Gulf. As Senior Vice President, Criss is active in corporate affairs, sets strategy for new business acquisition and maintains a role in the development of alliances and collaborative associations with strategic business partners.

Rick Barnard
Vice President Projects

Rick Barnard has over 25 years of gas pipeline experience in positions from Field Engineer - Construction, Operations Manager to Vice President of Project Management. In this current position, he is able to guide the efforts of Gulf's project teams using his extensive industry knowledge and experience at successful project completion.

Bob Sprick
Vice President Business Development

With 24 years of oil and gas experience in a variety of positions from engineer, to project manager to Vice President of Business Development, Mr. Sprick provides the experience and guidance to Gulf's Business Development staff. His wide ranging industry experience is crucial in understanding client needs and offering them a cost effective solution.

Vice President International Development

As Vice President of International Development, Boris Taksa specializes in helping clients in Eastern Europe, Russia, and other FSU countries. With over 40 years of experience in engineering, project management and business development, Mr. Taksa adds an international insight to meeting the needs of clients throughout the world.
