Moscow-Based Contracts Admin Specialist
Gulf Interstate Engineering has a need for two (2) Contracts Administrative Specialist for a Moscow, Russia-based assignment. The successful candidates will be part of Gulf Interstate's team in Moscow supporting a multi-billion dollar, multinational 1500 km oil pipeline project. This is a single status, 2 year assignment. Mobilization is expected in early August 2010. Work rotation is 8 weeks on and 2 weeks off. Average work week is 50 hours per week.
Required Experience:
10+ years contracts administration in oil & gas
Experience with an EPC contractor is a plus
Experience in international projects involving multinational partners is a plus
Russian language experience is a plus

Russian Project Estimators
Gulf Interstate Engineering has an immediate need for 3 estimators to work on a Russian oil pipeline project. This is a six (6) month assignment; however the time could be extended, but there are no guarantees. The work will be performed at our Houston offices; however, there is the potential for several business trips to Moscow.

Experience:
10 to 15 years minimum oil & gas estimating experience

Lead Mechanical Engineer
Gulf Interstate Engineering has an immediate need for lead mechanical engineers.
Qualified applicants must have a minimum of 10 years mechanical engineering experience in the design, calculation and placement of onshore oil & gas pipelines and related facilities including compressor stations, pumping stations, metering stations, etc. Lead experience, including leading a group of mechanical engineers working on cross-discipline projects, is required, as well. A degree in mechanical engineering is required. PE licensure is preferred.
Lead Pipeline Engineer
Gulf Interstate Engineering has an immediate need for lead pipeline engineers.
Qualified applicants must have a minimum of 10 years pipeline engineering experience in the design, calculation and placement of onshore oil & gas pipelines, including ROW, road and water crossings and hydraulics. Lead experience, including leading a group of pipeline engineers working on cross-discipline projects, is required, as well. A relevant engineering degree is required. PE licensure is preferred.
Lead Electrical Engineer
Gulf Interstate Engineering has an immediate need for lead electrical engineers.
Qualified applicants must have a minimum of 10 years electrical engineering experience in primarily mid and low level voltage design. Applicants with pipeline and related facilities, i.e., compressor stations, pumping stations, metering stations, etc., electrical design experience will be given preference. A degree in electrical engineering is required. PE licensure is preferred.
Sr. Project Manager - Pipeline
Gulf Interstate Engineering has a need for Sr. Project Managers - Pipeline.
Qualified applicants will have a minimum of 10 to 15 years hands-on project management experience with onshore oil & gas pipeline projects. This includes, but is not limited to, overseeing the entire project, interfacing with key project team members and clients, manpower planning & staffing and project schedule and budget management. A relevant engineering degree is required. PE licensure and an MBA are preferred.
Sr. Project Manager - Facilities
Gulf Interstate Engineering has a need for Sr. Project Managers - Facilities
